    Rehab Thursdays

    THURSDAYS 5.45PM

    30 MIN

    This slow-paced recovery session is designed to release tension, support joint health, and prep your body for deeper flexibility work. We'll use self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques, gentle mobility, and slow, restorative stretches to reset your nervous system and improve tissue quality.

    You can take this class on its own for recovery and maintenance, or combine it with the contortion class to arrive more open, grounded, and connected to your body.

    Ideal if you're looking to loosen up tight areas, stay injury-free, or deepen your flexibility practice sustainably.!

    Backbend Bliss

    Ready to take your backbends to the next level? Whether you're working on deepening your arch or refining your technique, this session offers a safe and effective approach to explore contortion-inspired backbends with expert guidance, while preventing strain or injury. Let’s bend, build, and feel the bliss!

    Each class includes a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body, targeted drills to open up your shoulders and spine, and active flexibility exercises to strengthen and stabilize your movements.

    This class is designed for all levels, focusing on flexibility training, progressive stretching, and strength building to safely and effectively improve your range of motion for your splits.

    Each class includes a combination of dynamic warm-ups, targeted stretching, and active flexibility drills, ensuring sustainable results while protecting your body from overextension and injuries.
