Stretch and Sound

Reset your senses with an antigravity afternoon dedicated to nurturing your mind and body.

Float your way into the weekend with deep slow held stretches supported by your hammock and guided by Ophelie, who started flying at just 8 years old! She has performed all over the world and taught thousands of aerial classes so you know you're in great hands, whether this is your first or hundredth practice. This aerial yin yoga flow will enable your body to gently find space and flexibility without too much effort. This section of the workshop is designed to be slow-paced and restorative allowing the mind to settle and the body to open up.

Just when you think you can't get more relaxed, you cocoon yourself into the hammock, your body weightless. We'll tuck you in with a soft blanket and cover your eyes to block out any distractions and allow you to be fully immersed into the shimmering sounds of the Gong, Himalayan bowls and voice, which will lead you in a meditative journey of self-discovery and healing. Your guide will be Rachael of Welford Wellbeing a trained sound therapist and healer who has played all over the world and helped thousands of people find peace in their lives. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
